Try to open the old Installer 1.1.4, once you installed, and click on "uninstall map". And test again. Maybe because you did not uninstalled the map that was buggy. Therefore, uninstalling the buggy map and let this map now (1.1.5) installed and test! Can only be that.

My friend is having the same problem, i used only the att links, and for me and another friend, no problem.
But this friend have the same white bug, and i don't know why(as he never tried this mod with another links.
Maybe uninstalling LoL and reinstalling gotta be the only solution(i'm not sure about this either).
